  • Of course, CrossFit is for anyone. Our professional Coaches guide hundreds of people through our gyms every day, modifying each and every workout based on your current fitness level. Trying something new can be intimidating, which is why we offer free trials daily. Come see the gym for yourself, talk to our members, and try a class. If you want to put in the work to change your life, you found the right place.

  • Absolutely. Our workouts accommodate everyone at any age. Unlike your standard gym, our Coaches know all of members in class. That relationship allows them to best recommend workarounds for pre existing injuries. The best part is you can still enjoy all the awesome energy of a class, with your own specific modifications.

  • Understandably so. Lifting weights is part of what we do, but not all of it. Our classes combine cardio vascular movements such as running, rowing, biking, skiing, and jump rope, as well as hundreds of body weights movements, calitsthenics, stretching, ab workouts, and more. We also created our own unique program called our “Fitness Track”. This runs concurrently with our traditional classes, and provides even more options when barbells are not your thing. The Fitness Track uses a combination of dumbbells, kettlebells, medicine balls, and bodyweight exercises to provide another option for barbell movements. This allows you to customize your experience, and put you totally in control of your workouts.

  • Absolutely! We are a family owned and operated gym, with kids of our own. Each gym has a separate kids room for the young ones to hang out in while parents workout. For everyones safety, we do not allow kids on the gym floor.

  • Yes, both locations have men and womens restrooms with showers. We know you’re busy, so we provide towels as well.
