Many of us take our health for granted, and, at times, sacrifice that health when life seems to be overwhelming. The good news is, that’s where we come in. Our knowledgeable and professional staff are here for you every step of the way. We encourage you to take that hour out of your day to focus on you; to blow off some steam, hang out with friendly people and increase your fitness along the way. With that being said, our ultimate goal is to provide our members with the tools, training, knowledge and ability to go wherever life takes them, whether that is backpacking the Appalachian trail, remodeling their home, or playing with their kids.
OUR PROGRAM: CrossFit
Every time you come to class you will do something different. You will be challenged. We believe routine is unexciting and creates plateaus. By building workouts that change daily, our bodies continually adapt; becoming fitter, stronger, more toned, and healthier on the inside and out.
We embody this movement. Our trainers and staff not only preach this ultra-effective fitness program, we live it. We truly believe that everybody can achieve the results they desire. We’re here to help you accomplish that.
Will it take time? Yes.
Will some days be tougher than others? Yes.
Will it be worth it? Most definitely.
GETTING STARTED: Prep Course
We see fitness as a long steady journey up the horizon. This is not just a regular gym. You are not just purchasing a standard gym membership. You are adopting a lifestyle of health and wellness. You are joining a powerful community of like-minded individuals. Welcome to a new version of yourself.
During Prep Course, we will pair you up with one of our head coaches for a series of 1 on 1 foundation sessions. These one-hour sessions are designed to introduce you to the movements you will see in classes, increase confidence, and provide a great foundation for your success.
You will be guided through these movements, mastering the basics, and over time developing the skills to advance further.
You will become a more well-rounded athlete, allowing you to express your fitness in life.
ADDITIONAL PROGRAMS
Fitness Track | Want to come in and sweat, but not worry about a barbell or harder gymnastics movements? We got you. Every workout has an option for this track. Pick and choose what movements will get you the workout you're looking for that day. As always, our coaches will guide you daily based on your goals.
Personal Training | If you would like someone on one work instead of a group setting, our coaches also offer personal training. Whether it is trying to perfect a lift or learn a new skill, our coaches can help. If you would like to book a session, just let us know and we will send you a link.
Yoga | Sunday allows us to bring down the intensity of our day-to-day life and workouts and focus a little more on our flexibility and self. Get stretchy and try out some of our favorite poses in this 1-hour class. This lower intensity me-time will give you a chance to unwind and recover before the week ahead.
SUPPLEMENTAL PROGRAMS
Looking to add some additional variety/training into your workouts? Included in your membership is access to 5 supplemental programs, weightlifting, gymnastics/accessory, aerobic work, body building, and masters (35+) workouts. Feel free to add any of this in, refer to it when traveling, or save it for a rainy day. As always, ask a coach if you have questions.
Body Building | Basic isometric work to mix things up, improve specific muscle groups & grab a pump!
Gymnastics | Designed to improve anything and everything related to a pull-up bar, rings, core, inversion or just general body awareness.
Aerobics | A blend of longer, steady state workouts with some accessory sprinkled in. Great for some extra cardio.
Weightlifting | Strength work in a balanced manner. Great for those looking to add some power & Olympic weightlifting in conjunction with classes.
DIET & NUTRITION
While there is no “one size fits all” approach to diet, there are some easy ways to start. We understand that many of us have engrained both good and bad habits within ourselves over the years, and that’s ok. We don’t expect changes overnight, but what we do expect is for our athletes to properly fuel themselves for their workouts. This can be very simple and should be looked at as small changes applied over time to form new habits. Adequately providing our bodies with food is extremely important. Without the proper fuel, our bodies can’t do what they’re designed to do, and most certainly can’t recover to come back the next day.
Make sure you take advantage of our 15-minute complimentary nutrition consult when you join. You can sit down, or meet virtually, with one of our nutrition coaches. You will also receive your first InBody scan which will help us track your progress throughout your fitness journey. If you're looking for more accountability/guidance, we also offer nutrition coaching beyond that, so you can reach your goals faster.

“Eat meat and vegetables, nuts and seeds, some fruit, little starch and no sugar. Keep intake to levels that will support exercise, but not body fat. Practice and train major lifts: Deadlift, clean, squat, presses, C&J, and snatch. Similarly, master the basics of gymnastics: pull-ups, dips, rope climb, push-ups, sit-ups, and presses to handstand, pirouettes, flips, splits, and holds. Bike, run, swim, row, etc., hard and fast. Five or six days per week mix these elements in as many combinations and patterns as creativity will allow. Routine is the enemy. Keep workouts short and intense. Regularly learn and play new sports.”

FAQ’s
Bringing your 4-legged friends?
No problem, we like dogs too, we just ask that they stay outside the gym by the bay doors. Aggressive, disruptive, or disobedient dogs should not be brought to the gym.
Are kids allowed?
Totally! We are a family-owned gym and our culture reflects that. Each gym has a dedicated kids’ room, as well as a lobby/seating area for older kids. We just ask you to ensure that all children stay off the rubber gym floor for safety purposes.
Do you have Air Conditioning?
You betcha. Both of our facilities are fully air-conditioned with the exception of nice days when the bay doors are open.
Do you have showers?
Yes, we do! Each gym has both men's and women’s showers as well as complimentary towel service.
Can I come in early or stay late?
Of course. We encourage you to use the gym as often as you would like.
