Rx + = 30/20 & 185/125

Cap = 24 minutes

Modify the squat snatch as necessary. If we are still becoming familiar with the squat snatch, then you will power snatch today. If mobility allows, perform an overhead squat after the power snatch. If mobility does not allow, do not force the postions with a loaded bar overhead
