STRENGTH

 

Deadlift (5 x 5 Ascending)

We want 5 good sets here, so do a few warm up sets of 5 on the way to your first set.

Example: If Aris has a 500lb deadlift, his first set should ideally be around 315 or higher (65%) or so, and ascend to a final set around 400 (80%). Use a similar guideline to ensure you are hitting the desired stimulus and not selling yourself short.
