Teams of 3
AMRAP 24 minutes

- Buy-in = 800m switching however needed of:
  —sled drag 90/70
  — OH plate carry 45/25
  — slamball bear hug carry 50/30

then.....

 - 4 rounds each (12 total)
  — 10 toes to bar
  — 5 x 25 foot shuttle runs

then.....

 - max calories assault bike in remaining time (switching however)

For buy-in and bike teamates can switch however and whenever you want. For the 10 ttb and shuttle run rounds, Person 1 does all 10 ttb and 5 shuttle runs, then Person 2 does ttb and runs and the Person 3. Repeat 3 more times
