5-10 min to work on weakness bar gymnastic skills:
Pull ups, chest to bar and/or Bar MU

METCON (Time)

 

3 rounds for time:
 - 2 rope climbs
 - 10 chest to bar pull up
 - 20 AbMat sit ups
 - 15 hang DB power clean both arms 50/35

Rx+ = legless + GHD Sit Up

Cap = 14 minutes
We want to move through this swiftly, modify accordingly to accomplish this given the “grip” factor
