Split Jerk (10x1)

Build to  difficult 1 rep split jerk in no less than 10 working reps.
In the first few reps, practice a re rack back to the front rack.
Please step away from the rig at least 6 feet before attempting the split jerk.
Post heaviest successful single to board.
