STRENGTH

Power Clean (EMOM 8 (4 reps on the minute @ 60-70%))

Slightly ascend from the first minute or ascend every other minute. Have a few extra weights out to add (don't be a 10# hog)

Choose a load that is challenging but do able to complete. We should not be so heavy we begin to fail reps but this should spike our heart rate a bit in the process. Post last set of 4.

We may see HSPU this week for 18.4
Use this as a refresher but don't let technique suffer in the kip
