Hang Power Snatch (Build to moderate single)

(15-20 min)
Build to today’s moderate single in no less than 10 reps. Work your way up to a tough single. Focus on standing up “tall” and using your hips since we are going from the Hang today, thus eliminating the pull from the floor and navigating around the knee
