Snatch Balance
EMOM 12 Ascending Slightly

First 6 min = 2 rep (light)
Second 6 min = 1 rep (modeate)
Use this time to comfortably build to a moderate single for the day. The first 6 minutes should be very light (empty bar even) focusing on technique and proficiency. The next 6 minutes can be used to ascend slightly while maintaining good technique.
 If you are failing numerous reps you are probably too heavy.


1: Double Under x 60
2: Side Plank Right x :35
3: Side Plank L x :35
4: Sit Up x 20 (Abmat or GHD)

Modify double unders to either practice or 60 single unders
