METCON

Every 2 Minutes for 6 Rounds:

8 Lateral Burpees Over Bar
2 Clean & Jerks @ 80-85%

Our goal here is to accomplish the burpees rather quickly then hit 2 quality Clean and Jerks. Ideally we squat clean and Split Jerk, but that is up to the athlete. 

Beginner version, 3-4 burpees over bar and Power Clean and Push Press.
