7 Shoulder to Overhead 185/120
4 x 200m run (alternating)
17 Muscle Up (ring or bar)
76 Wall Ball 20/14
Split shoulder to overhead anyway. Each partner will run 2 200's. Scale for muscle up is chest to bar/pull ups or ring rows of equal amount. Both partners do not have to do muscle ups.
