Back Squat - Build to a 1 RM

It's pay day! Let's see all that hard work pay off. If you are not comfortable bailing a max attempt make sure you have a spotter on each side.

10 Strict Pull Up
20 Push Up
30 Sit Up or GHD Sit Up

This is accessory work, as a majority of the class will be building up to our new heavy singles. This is an enormous tax on our nervous systems if done properly, so bring the intensity down for this portion. Tuesday will be time to "go fast". We want to build healthy, able and strong bodies for a long time, so focus on quality today!
