Split Jerk - Build to today's heavy single.
Building to today's "heavy single" does not mean trying for a PR 4 consecutive times while missing the lift over and over. Our goal is to build to a heavy single we are comfortable with, and move on. If a PR happens, awesome, or if a missed lift happens, no biggie, but stay within the stimulus.
