STRENGTH

Deadlift 10 x 2 Ascending
We will run as an EMOM, 2 lifts on the minute for 10 minutes.
Start relatively light and ascend. We want to accumulate a little bit of volume but we should not be aiming for a 2 rep PR or taking longer than one minute between sets. Log your last set.
