STRENGTH

EMOM 10

Minute 1: 100' Suitcase Carry
Minute 2: 100' Waiters Walk (50' each side)

This is our "strength work" for today, choose a weight that allows for completion but is slightly difficult at the same time. If you're able to have a casual conversation during this EMOM you probably need to go a little heavier.
 

METCON

On a clock set to 9 minutes:
1 Minute of DB Snatch
2 Minutes of Double Unders
1 Minute of DB Snatch
2 Minutes of Double Unders
1 Minute of DB Snatch
2 Minutes of Double Unders

Rx = 50/35

*DO NOT DROP DUMBELLS*

Scoring is as follows;

Round 1 = total DB Snatch

Round 2 = total Double Under

If you're still learning Double unders, it would be ideal to practice for the first minute of them, and so singles for the second minute of them. This was we can get practice in but still maintain the stimulus of the workout.
