STRENGTH

Back Squat
5 x 3 @ 70, 75, 80, 85, 90%
Same as last week, remember add 10 lbs to your 1 Rep that was established 6 weeks ago, then find 90% prior to calculations. The last set is minimum 3 reps, but go for more if you feel good.
 

METCON

EMOM 9
Minute 1: 20-25 Sit Ups (AbMat or GHD)
Minute 2: 7 KB RDL Each Leg (light to moderate)
Minute 3:  Rest

This is for quality, core and single leg work, do not rush through.
