*for the row and bike portion, the partner who is not on the machine MUST hold a barbell in the front rack. If the partner holding the barbell drops the bar or in anyway removes it from the front rack, partners must switch and work stops until the bar is again in the front rack. Barbell weight is 115/80 & 155/105 for RX+
