Deadlift
5, 4, 3, 2, 1+ @ 75, 80, 85, 90, 95%

Week 4 of our strength cycle! As always, take 90% prior to calculations. Remember set 5 is a "freedom" set, at least 1 rep, or more if you're feeling good. Next week will be a deload from back squat and deadlift.
