This strength session mirrors that of Monday's Back Squats.
Take 90% of last weeks 1 RM and then calculate your percentages. Remember, the last set is optional for 5 or more reps. With that being said, please be smart, we have 12 weeks of lifting to go, do not try to beat Scott Smith on this set. You may, however, grunt like him if you wish.

Minute 1: 15 Russian KB Swing 70/55
Minute 2: 15 Sit Up (AbMat or GHD)
Rx = prescribed KB weight.
