High Hang Snatch (10x2)
Our goal for this session is to work technique from the high hang. We will run this EMOM style, with 2 reps on the minute. Keep the loads light to moderate and use this chance to improve upon our snatch technique. We ideally want to receive this in a power snatch.
Minute 1: DB Power Snatch x 10
Minute 2: Back Bridge Hold x :25
Minute 3: Hand Release Push Up x 10-15
*You choose the weight for the dumbbell
**Do not drop dumbells from overhead, they are not designed the same way barbells are. This could injure yourself or someone around you, and cause the dumbells to break. Thank you!
