We posted a new blog Sunday night and also posted it in the Community Facebook Page. It is in reference to The Open and Friday Night Lights, which will occur THIS COMING FRIDAY FEBRUARY 24th AND RUN EACH AND EVERY FRIDAY NIGHT THROUGH FRIDAY MARCH 24TH. 

We will not have regularly scheduled classes those Friday afternoon/evenings. Everyone is absolutely still welcome to come workout, but the class structure will shift to scheduled heats of athletes running through the workout.
