Min 1: Bench Press x 8
Min 2: Strict Pull Up x 4-8
Min 3: Sit Up x 15-20
Min 4: Hip Extension x 12
Min 5: rest
Treat this workout depending on how you feel. If you feel good, challenge yourself each interval.
If you want to treat this as more of a movement/get a good sweat session in, then that is totally acceptable as well.
Sit ups are either abmat or GHD.
