This snatch ladder will be run as an EMOM, one lift per minute. Athletes will have :40 to successfully lift their bar. Any lifts after :40 will not count. There will be a :20 reset period before the next minute. At the start of the next minute athletes will rotate to the next station and may begin their lift. Once an athlete fails to successfully lift their bar, they may perform deadlifts as a tie breaker, but they will not advance in the workout. In the event an athlete successfully lifts all 12 bars they may perform deadlifts at that weight to determine a tiebreaker.

At the call of 3, 2, 1, Go!, athletes will enter the water and begin swimming 200m. The water will be at a depth that allows for an athlete to stand at any moment. Once the athlete exits the water they will run their required distance in the sand. Upon completing their run they will perform 600m on the Ski Erg. The score for this workout will be their total time from start to finish.

Team LIFT

"Time to Lift" 

Each teammate will perform 1 of the following:

1 RM Hang Snatch
1 RM Snatch
1 RM Hang Clean
1 RM Clean

This workout will run on a 12 min clock, with every teammate receiving 3 minutes to complete their highest lift. Each team will decide which athlete completes which lift. Every athlete must lift and must stay in the order listed above.

At the call of 3, 2, 1, Go!, Athlete 1 will have 3 minutes to successfully complete their highest 1 RM Hang Snatch. At the 3:00 mark Athlete 2 will then have 3 minutes to complete their highest 1 RM Snatch. This same sequence will follow for the Hang Clean and the Clean. Any variations of the lifts are acceptable, however, for the Hang Snatch and the Hang Clean the bar must not pass below the knee. Teams may load their bar prior to the clock starting and any teammates may help load or unload plates during the workout. Athletes may make as many attempts as time allows during their 3 minutes, and may adjust weight up or down as necessary.

This workout is scored by combining all 4 lifts for total weight successfully lifted.

This workout will start with Teammate 1 on the shoreline, at the call of 3, 2, 1, Go! Teammate 1 will complete a 200m swim.

After the swim is completed and the athlete has exited the water, they will TAG teammates 2 and 3, who will then carry a sandbag 400m splitting the work however they wish. Once teammates 2 & 3 finish their 400m, they will tag teammate 4 who will run 800m in the sand. The score for this workout will be the total time to complete all 3 tasks.
